House Of Artemis is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online Paid Order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch depending on Location.
We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as Expressbees, Delhivery , Maruti , Tirupati and more. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered India Post but cannot guarantee the same. Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 - 5 working days (major cities).
Orders placed before 12 pm are positively dispatched the same working day or next day. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 6 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed on call or by OTP verification. COD orders take 2 days more than prepaid courier due to verification process by courier partner.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.

Rest of India: 7 TO 10 working days.
What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID or call us at +91- 94089 02281 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
