COVID 19 PREVENTION POLICY

As the coronavirus and lockdown situation in India continue to evolve on a daily basis, we want to make sure that you are updated on our services and prevention policy.

It goes without saying that our highest priority continues to be the safety of our teams, our customers and the community at large. We are making sure the safety norms prescribed by the Government of India and WHO continue to be followed force across all of our and our partner's operating facilities.

We would like to share that all employees of House of Artemis are provided with health insurance and every employee is being paid their full salary during this time. All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves and masks while packing your orders. 

We would like to assure you that our supply chain partner’s locations are equipped with temperature monitoring, with daily disinfection, enhanced physical security and stringent traceability protocols for all staff.

We are grateful for your continued support and trust in us, and we look forward to shipping beautiful loungewear in the weeks ahead to Artemis women across India. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we won’t be taking Cash on Delivery (COD) for safety reasons till the situation subsides.
